What should I expect in a Rock Steady Boxing class?

My Parkinson’s symptoms are not bad - should I consider Rock Steady now?

Is Rock Steady JUST for people with Parkinson’s Disease?

I have Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease (YOPD) - is Rock Steady for me?

My Parkinson’s is progressed and I use an assistive device and/or need assistance - is Rock Steady for me?
